Q: How much deposit does NTi require when I place my building order?
A: All we require is a 10% down payment. The balance is paid upon completion of your building. You may pay with check or credit card.

Q: After ordering my building, how long will it take to complete the job?
A: Once NTi receives the deposit, in most cases your building will be completely installed in two weeks or less.

Q: How long does the installation process take?
A:
The vast majority of our jobs take one day to complete, but larger size buildings can sometimes take up to two days.

Q: What surfaces can your buildings be attached to?
A:
Our buildings can be safely attached to concrete, asphalt, or dirt.

Q: What methods do you employ to attach your buildings to different surfaces?
A:
On concrete we use 1/2” by 3 1/2” concrete wedge anchors. On dirt and asphalt we dig and pour individual concrete footings up to 2’ deep to ensure stability.


Q: Can I install my building myself?
A:
Our customers can install their buildings themselves. NTi will deliver your building to your property.

Q: Can I upgrade or add on to my building after it has been installed?
A:
Yes, you can upgrade or add to your building at any time. All of our buildings have the structural integrity to be fully enclosed, and have industrial strength roll-up doors.

Q: Will one of your staff come to my property to assist me in choosing the right options for my particular situation?
A:
Yes, one of our highly trained professionals will be glad to come to your home or place of business to answer any questions, and do an onsite evaluation, free of charge.
